Stratum Holdings Corp. Announces Letter of Intent for Proposed Sale of Legacy Real Estate Businesses, Accelerating Pivot to AI Infrastructure and GPU Leasing

Stratum Holdings Corp. Announces Letter of Intent for Proposed Sale of Legacy Real Estate Businesses, Accelerating Pivot to AI Infrastructure and GPU Leasing

Stratum Holdings Corp. has signed a non-binding letter of intent to sell its legacy real estate businesses, a step the company describes as a major acceleration of its shift toward artificial intelligence infrastructure and GPU leasing.

The proposed transaction covers the company's brokerage, franchising, property management, mortgage and title operations. Under the terms outlined, a newly formed buyer subsidiary would take over those businesses. The deal remains subject to further negotiation and definitive agreements, and the letter of intent does not guarantee a completed sale.

Stratum, which previously operated as La Rosa Holdings Corp., said the move is intended to sharpen its focus on AI compute capacity and graphics processing unit leasing, areas the company has identified as its core going forward. Management expects that separating from the real estate operations would simplify the business and strengthen the company's financial position once the transaction closes.

The announcement marks one of the more unusual pivots in the small-cap space, taking a company built around residential real estate services into the capital-intensive world of AI hardware and cloud compute. Executives framed the proposed sale as a way to free up resources and management attention for the infrastructure business, which has drawn heavy demand as AI workloads strain available computing capacity.

Stratum said additional details would be disclosed as the process advances. No timeline for closing was provided, and the company cautioned that there is no assurance the proposed sale will be completed on the terms described or at all.
